Youth Re:Action Corps has a passion for the global community, for the ideas of young people, and for a global society where individuals feel empowered to create change when faced with a problem in their world.  This passion drives the organization.

Vision: We value the vision of young people who seek to change the world. We value the vision of educators who utilize our programs to engage students in the global community. We understand that all change must start with a vision of something greater.

Youth Re:Action Corps has a vision that young people around the world will engage in the YRC movement; that the action-oriented, globally-philanthropic curriculum of YRC will spread through the energy and optimism of young visionaries; that school districts will utilize our programs to educate and empower students to identify problems, develop solutions, dream big and create change.

Action: We value action in the work that we do in the world. We value the projects developed by young visionaries, the service of our volunteers in the field, and the actions of our investors. We understand that nothing will change unless we take action. 

Youth Re:Action Corps has taken action to introduce its programs to students, communities and schools throughout the United States. The organization seeks action-oriented employees, volunteers and donors to help encourage young visionaries to start a movement by taking action in the global community and engaging their peers in the process.

Impact: We value the impact we are able to make in the world. We value the impact of our programs on both a global level and on an individual level. We understand that in order to change the world, we must seek positive impact at every level within our organization. 

Youth Re:Action Corps has seen the impact of its vision through the energy and support received from the local community. The organization plans to impact students and school districts around the world through the YRC program by educating, empowering and investing in young visionaries to change the world.
